BLUE ENGINEERING DE VIETNAM COMPLETES PURCHASE OF TEG SHARES, INCREASING ITS OWNERSHIP RATE TO 15%

Blue Engineering De Vietnam Joint Stock Company, through its subsidiary, Mernus Investment Joint Stock Company, purchased 3.4 million shares of Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TEG - HOSE) and increased its ownership rate to 15%.

Specifically, in the period from May 16 – 19, 2022, Blue Engineering De Vietnam Joint Stock Company completed the purchase transaction of 3,433,795 TEG shares under the agreed method with a total value of about VND 34.3 billion. Previously, on August 24, 2021, Blue Engineering De Vietnam also purchased 6.4 million shares under the agreed method, accounting for 9.76% of TEG's total outstanding shares. Upon completion of the transaction, Blue Engineering De Vietnam officially owned 9,838,795 shares, accounting for 15% of TEG's total outstanding shares.

At the close of the transaction, with Blue Engineering De Vietnam increasing its ownership to 15%, the company continues to be the second largest shareholder of TEG GROUP. The current shareholder structure of Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TEG) changes as follows:
